 I've heard Realmedia's original version,and it's a great song..
I like what you've done with this Nils
turning it into an instrumental is a
brilliant move,and your cover sounds
fantastic. I for one
will have to think long and hard when it's
time to vote.. enjoyed my listen!

Interesting to go for an instrumental direction. When I listened to the original the music struck me first and it took a second listen to absorb the lyrics, and this version celebrates the melody without the dark intonation of the lyrics. You carry it off well with some truly excellent solos. Very funky!

There's some remarkably tasteful interpretation going on here. It puts me in mind of some of the acts on the No Speak label, when they wrap their personal styles around familiar melodies (O.k., so I had only been familiar with this particular melody for a matter of minutes when I heard your version. Same effect). Even the more self-indulgent bits are a joy to listen to because A) they are brief, and 2) they are impeccably well-executed.

Nice sound and crystal clear production.
Very tasty guitar work. The punchy and quirky bass and drum rhythm really makes a cool counterpoint to the soaring guitar parts.
Very nicely done!!!
Impressive too.

In case Jen and me need a e-guitar player for an upcoming collab I'd like to ask you. Excellent guitar playing and a crystal clear sound - every instrument in the mix is just where it should be. Very impressive...

Oh hell now I wish I did volunteer a vocal track. Very cool take on the original. Keeping it true to the music while making it yours is what this deal is all about. Excellent tones

you did what I was originally thinking I would do with my cover.
Love that it's got that well Guitar jazzy jam .. the Guitar sings and I hear the Original without the words.. I hear that Guitar singing them

Mix and production is freaking right on ! what all do you use? or do you know want to give your secrets away?

Now that the contest is over, I get to say how much I enjoyed this! Some people can make a guitar sing-- you are one of them. I hope you enjoyed this as much as all us listeners did!
